  • Magnetic Sealed Stirrer Coupler: Agitator system ensures 100% zero leakage of gases and hazardous substances by using advanced static sealing and magnetic coupling transmission technology. The coupler is equipped with an integrated cooling system to prevent overheating and prolong seal life.
  • Robust Cladding Plate Construction: Manufactured from premium corrosion-resistant SS316 Stainless Steel clad onto durable Q345R pressure vessel steel, providing excellent chemical compatibility and structural strength.
  • Optimized Cover Nozzle Configuration: The flat reactor cover features heavy-duty welded flanges and key process nozzles, including gas inlet/outlet, safety valve, pressure gauge port, manhole, coil inlet/outlet, and specialized hydrogen inlet with gas distributor.
  • Triple Impeller Agitator System: Custom-designed triple impellers ensure thorough mixing and excellent gas dispersion, critical for optimizing catalytic reactions such as hydrogenation.
