The reactor is a robust and versatile piece of equipment, available in substantial Working Volumes ranging from 1000 L up to 20000 L. It is designed for demanding environments, handling a Working Pressure from ATM up to 1.6 MPa and maintaining a stable Working Temperature between -10 °C and 200 °C. Heating flexibility is ensured through multiple options, including far infrared electric heating, electric heaters with thermal oil baths, or jacket circulation utilizing thermal oil, steam, or melt salt. The versatility extends to material construction, where contacting parts can be customized from clad plates of various Stainless Steels (SS304/316L/321 + Q345R), or even exotic materials such as Titanium, Nickel, Zirconium, Hastelloy, Inconel, or Monel, depending on the process requirements. Operational control is managed by a sophisticated device, typically an automatic PID or PLC controller, which offers precise temperature regulation with an accuracy of ±1°C and allows for the display and control of mixing speed and heating power.
