Product Description

The 1000L Titanium clad plate industrial reactor is a high-precision pilot system specifically engineered for the reaction of Ether and Phenylsilane. Using TA1 Titanium in a composite clad plate construction with Q345R steel, this reactor offers the ultimate level of corrosion resistance required for harsh chemical environments, while maintaining the structural integrity of a heavy-duty industrial vessel.

This reactor is designed for high-efficiency and safe processing of volatile or highly corrosive media. The core of its advanced design is the Magnetic Sealed Stirrer Coupler, ensuring a zero-leakage guarantee by using a static seal. This is particularly critical for organic synthesis where environmental safety and preventing contamination of the reaction media are paramount. The internals, including the dual-tier agitator, thermowell, and baffles, are all fabricated from grade TA2 Titanium to ensure full material compatibility and long service life.

Operational control is optimized for pilot-scale production, with a 7.5 kW motor providing high torque for handling media with varying levels of solids or viscosity. The system supports full vacuum operation (-0.1 MPa) and precise temperature control through a jacketed heating/cooling system. The discharge valve features a PTFE lining, further enhancing the vessel’s resistance to aggressive chemical attack.
