Product Description

The 5000L Xylene reactor is a specialized high-pressure reaction vessel designed for fine organic synthesis and xylene production. This industrial-scale system is engineered to handle extreme operating conditions, with a design pressure of up to 7.0 MPa and temperatures reaching 300 °C. The use of S316L (S31603) stainless steel in a composite clad plate construction with Q345R carbon steel provides the perfect balance of superior corrosion resistance and high-pressure structural integrity.

It features the advanced Magnetic Sealing Coupler from WHGCM, ensuring a 100% static, zero-leakage seal even at maximum working pressures.
